true “Vin de Cru” is created by our unique
growing and vinification techniques.
The grapes for this product are grown in superior “cru”
conditions in the sunniest and highest part of our vineyard.
The vinification process used here is
the traditional one used for red grapes using controlled
temperature maceration and the “Delestage”
Initially, the wine is conserved in oak
for 8-10 months. Aging then continues in the bottle
for another 6-8 months.
Intense ruby colour with characteristic
scent of violets, cherry and redcurrant.
Flavourful, savory and smooth.
Pairs wonderfully with spicy dishes,
roasted meats and aged cured meats.
