wine undergoes a series of special processes on its
journey from the vine to the bottle.
Life starts on 25 year old vines trellised with traditional
espalier rendering smaller clusters of fruit to concentrate
Fermented in French oak tonneau
casks at a controlled temperature of 16-18'C,
the product is left standing on the lees for three months
with batonnage every 2-3 days.
Deep straw colour with a perfume
of vanilla and honey. Full flavoured and aromatic.
